Our efforts are supported by a large and expanding PR&D and scale-up team in Goa, India. Located in North Goa, our Santa Monica Works facility was one of the first and largest industrial locations in Goa.
The site is certified for ISO9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018 & ISO50001 and has successfully completed Together for Sustainability (TfS) audit with a score of 100/100. The site has also obtained “Responsible Care” certification from the Indian Chemical Council and is NABL accredited.
Since 5 years the site operates a biomass plant to generate utilities for the site making it a more sustainable operation.
The R&D building has 7 laboratories with a total 58 fume hoods. The current strength of the department is in excess of 90 professionals & team leaders having Ph.D and vast international work experience. We operate mostly with jacketed reactors from 0.5 up to 20L scale which enables development of robust processes ready for tech transfer.
Our Goa site has a pilot plant with reactor capacities ranging from 100 Lt – 1600 Lt
The facilities was designed and built to co-exist in harmony. It is home to two lakes – water harvesting (for 40 years)
More than 87 different species of trees, shrubs, herbs, creepers and grasses.
More than 50 species of birds including Cormorants, Herons, Storks, Ibis, Geese, Eagles. The site also is home to a variety of mammals and reptiles living in harmony.
