Facilities

This facility is located strategically in the GETEC industrial park in Muttenz, near Basel, in Switzerland and has been supplying innovator API’s for over 25 years to regulated markets.

The plant was engineered in a fully closed manner from dosing raw materials to unloading product directly into primary packaging through continuous liner operation.

All operations can be performed to OEL levels <10microgram/M3. Further features include:

• Very broad range of capabilities incl. hydrogenation, chlorination, bromination etc.
• Up to 250 m3 total reactor volume, incl. stainless steel, glass lined, Hastelloy C22 reactors from 1.6m3 up to 6.3m3
• Validated cleaning concept and quick change over capability
• Temperature range capability from -20°C to 150°C, Cryogenic can be added when needed
• Reliable infrastructure preventing cross-contamination, purified water system, dedicated vacuum pumps, dispensing and storage area

Combined with our backward integration of key building blocks from our parent sites in India, Amideus can reliably supply your phosphoramidites needs.

The plant is undergoing major upgrades and modernization including full DCS automation and a digital GMP-compliant document management systems.

HSE & Sustainability are at the core of how we conduct all of our operations. Our Swiss site will be net zero carbon by 2028 for all utilities and thereafter we will meet the COP26 goals of net zero carbon by 2050.
